Mayvin Inc. is thrilled to announce that our Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA) with CACI has been selected for the prestigious 2023 Nunn-Perry Award by the Department of Defense (DoD). This award recognizes outstanding partnerships under the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program, which was established in 1990 to address challenges faced by DoD prime contractors in meeting Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) subcontracting goals.

The Nunn-Perry Award, named in honor of Senator Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry, acknowledges their vital contributions to the implementation and expansion of the Mentor-Protégé Program. Over the years, the program has broadened its scope to include Women-Owned Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and other diverse enterprises.

Since its inception in September 2021, the MPA between Mayvin Inc. and CACI—sponsored by the Department of the Army Small Business Office—has built on their existing collaboration to bolster Army and Joint programs. This partnership has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting the Army’s mission through innovative solutions and exceptional services.
