Annandale, Virginia—8 October 2021. Mayvin, Inc., is pleased to announce a new member of our Leadership Team—Heather Allen, who joins our organization as our new Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategy. In this role, Heather will continue driving Mayvin’s strategic growth by identifying opportunities to generate revenue, projecting growth, and refining Mayvin’s market strategy. Heather brings over 29 years of organizational leadership experience to Mayvin.

Prior to joining Mayvin, Heather served as Vice President of Growth and BD Operations for Belcan’s newly developed $150M Government Solutions business unit. Additionally, Heather spent 20 years with CACI/L-3 in multiple roles including a Senior Capture Manager responsible for leading over $500M in strategic opportunities and Director of Strategic Solutions, where she was responsible for developing industry leading solutions for a pursuit pipeline in excess of $2B.
Heather has three fur babies: Murphy (dog), Drago (dog) and Kira (cat). She is a U.S. Army Veteran from the pre-9/11 era, who holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland, University College. She slightly terrifies her husband, Anthony, because of her obsession with true crime stories.
